Transfer Favorites from Tomtom UK app to Tomtom Europe app

Hi everyone,

My first post. I've just bought Tomtom Europe, having used Tomtom UK for several months. Is there a way to transfer favorites from the UK app to the Europe app?

You can use some software called DiskAid to copy the mapsettings.cfg file from the UK app to the Europe app.

The mapsettings.cfg file can be found



Note doing this doesn't require the iPhone to be jail broken - Mike

Wow - DiskAid is perfect. I now have my favorites from UK app in Europe app. Going to be using DiskAid for lots of other things too - THANK YOU!!!

Good bit of software that, its even possible to add custom POI files to the software and use them for navigation aids, just change the icon file from a bmp to png using an image edit package on the PC such as IrfanView - Mike
