Transfer favorite from old iphone to new one

I use iPhone 5, just buy a new iPhone 6s, I restore the app to the new phone, but I can't copy the favorite from the old phone to the newer one. Is there any way to transfer the favorite?

Six months and no reply! I've just upgraded to an iPhone SE and, as yet, have found no way of transferring all my favourites from my old device to the new. You would expect your favourites to be backed up automatically and transferred by syncing the new device. Currently, the only way to effect this transfer is to take each location from your list of favourites and email them to yourself one by one! Please tell me I'm wrong....
