Hi all.
When you post a new question here, please try to be descriptive in the title of your topic.
As this is a TomTom forum, a topic called "TomTom Go" or "XXL 550 problem" doesn't really give a lot of clues as to what it's about!
So, if you have smoke coming out of the back of your XL, don't just call your topic "Help please ", call it "XL330 - smoke coming out!"
If you have a Go950 and you can't update the maps, call your topic something like "Go950 - map update problem"
Simple!
Also, don't forget that there are individual sections for most of the hardware families, so you can help by putting machine-specific problems in their individual sections.
