tomtom Xl to xls

Is there going to be a way to uprade via download from xl to xls??

as far as i know the XL can't do it. There some various posts on here about t and a piece of their hardware is different, like the XL has 32mb or ram and the XLS has 64, or something along those lines.

Can someone confirm the right info on this, i thought it was something like this.
