Tomtom watch screen going white

My tomtom spark 3 screen is going white if i press a button and then it comes back with lines on the screen.I dont what to do,only if i make the watch hot the screen works fine.I Need help with this

Hello. I am facing the exact same issue. It started two months ago and I have not been able to find a fix for this.

There may be several causes.

Or the battery is dead.
either it's an LCD panel fault.
Either it is a fault in the motherboard.
