can anyone help trying to put 3rd party poi's on my truck pro
i had them on before but since last update its been playing up, keeps black screening
so i factory restored it, but still doing it. but now lost my keyfuels poi and snap.
iv downloaded them but cant install them

I assume yours is a Bridgestone Webfleet version, and not direct from TomTom?
What tool are you trying to use to install them? "Package Installer"?

yes webfleet , i had them installed but since last update in dec it been blinking on and offf so i factory reset it, still black screen but can’t get points of interest back on tried my drive but no joy

As far as 3rd party POIs go, you just load them into the 'locations' folder. The structure should look like this in the root of your device:

locations (that's where the *.ov2 files go)
locations/ov2_icons/mdpi (that's where your *.png icons go)
locations/ov2_icons/hdpi (and a duplicate copy of those icons here)

As to 3rd party apps, we'll get to that after this part.
