The Tomtom Supreme 5 reboot somethimes while driving and there is no voice instructions after it rebooted.

For a short time, prevent your Supreme 5 from making WiFi contact or Bluetooth contact to TomTom's servers while you are driving (disallow phone connection). This may be somewhat inconvenient because you will not have traffic service for that time, but see if that causes the rebooting to cease.

Also, do you have any custom POI (*.ov2) files loaded on your device from the TomTom online planner?

What firmware level are you running on your Supreme 5?

I do not have custom POI and I have disallowed phone connection but it still reboot somethimes while driving and there is no voice instructions after it rebooted.

I am using the original cigratte lighter plug and cable and I realised that the set cannot charge up after a few days usage. Has to plug in at home to charge up the set every now and then. It is very troublesome. I don't have any issues with my Garmin set.

Ah, that's another data point.
What you're saying is that your vehicle cigarette lighter adapter plug and cable are not working properly? And that your GO 620 works without rebooting for a while if you charge it at home instead?

Yes, it works fine if I charge it at home before using.
I'll assume you are not using the dock to charge indoors. If you ARE, let me know, and stop reading now, because everything else below is predicated upon that, and the problem must be the cigarette adapter, cable or your car socket.

Big differences at home: different adapter (AC mains to 5V, not 12V to 5V), different cable (maybe), and no dock.

So if you are NOT using the dock to charge indoors, your problems are expanded to include the dock. So we have the cig adapter, the cable, the dock or GPS connection to it, or the outlet in your car. The first two items are dirt cheap to replace even as an experiment. You may even have another adapter and a USB Micro-B cable to try. Give that a go first. It's cheaper and easier than a GPS contact, dock or a car outlet problem.
