TOMTOM shut down...Help

After using my TTOneLX without problems for 6 months, it shut down. Get the "NO Maps" message or opening screen. Reset? Does not appear to have a reset button as on diagram from TOMTOM.COm. Have I lost my mind? I love it and use it daily in my work as an appraiser? Can someone help?

It does have a reset location on the bottom. All models do. It's just that the reset hole is not very well marked on some. Look again carefully. When you do find it (and you will ) press with a paperclip for 5-10 seconds.

Reset Button

There is only one spot on the bottom that could be it. I think one is supposed to feel it "click". I don't. After I have pressed it, it still doesn't work. I do appreciate your help so much. What next, do you think?

Do you have a backup? If so, delete the loose files from the TomTom unit's core directory and replace with those in your backup. Then, try again.
