TomTom rider 550 wont connect to sena SRL-EXT

Hi is there an issue with TomTom rider 550 not connecting to sena SRL-EXT,my old tomtom 400 did to both this sena headset and a Sena headset made for HJC but neither will connect to this one, phone is fine though, any ideas ?
