Can anyone help me with a problem on my Tomtom Rider 400 ??
I have been trying to deal with Tomtom customer services for just over a month now regarding the problem and they are absolutely USELESS!!!! they must employ complete idiots !!!!!
The problem originally was that the contacts list occasionally had to download itself two or three times a week.
Their first suggestion was to perform both a hard & a soft re-set which I did, but this made it even worse, now it synchronizes / downloads my contact @ 99% of every time it turns on - & I usually just leave it in sleep mode as it is used several times each day.
The next useless agent suggested that I perform another hard & soft re-set, which I did again just to humour them - no surprise that it made no difference to the original problem, but now there is another problem - occasionally pressing the menu button just makes the screen flash and return and will not let me access the menu. The only way to then get it to work is to turn if off completely & then start it up again. So I have also asked the agent about this problem, but I think they have a problem trying to comprehend more than one problem at a time as so far this question has been completely ignored while they are grasping at straws trying and failing badly to help sort out the original problem.
