Can anyone tell me if you cam put your own poi on my tomtom 6200 and how? On my older tomtom I could download poi from the laptop straight into my tomtom. Thank you

You should be able to upload your *.ov2 file using the MyDrive web site, using the MyPlaces feature.
If you haven't already, set up an account here that matches the login of your device (same email and password), and *.ov2 files uploaded here should sync to your device >> https://mydrive.tomtom.com/en_gb
