Tomtom problem

Hello

I got tomtom screen problem, My dad as he doesn't know english he tried to cancel the speakers in tomtom or something like that and accidenlty press something and the tomtom switch off :/. So now i can not switch it on and the worst that i restarted and it was on for 5 sec and switch off...
Now even the restart daoesn't help, nothing at all affects it, i tried to do something throught computer, restarted that again few times, read the whole book and ect... and the tomtom just doesn't reacts :/
Could You someone help me out or advice me what to do please?

Ps. I got Tomtom 910 bought last year, and I live in Swindon UK.

Have you tried a pin reset (with a paperclip) in the restart hole on the bottom of the unit? If not, try that.
