Tomtom One using windows 7

I have windows 7 on my computer and when I open up TT Home and log in ,it does the update, but when I go to operate my one it says no maps found. It will work on mt laptop. It has vista. Why won't it work in windos7 ?. I have the latest TT Home 2.7.6.2056. Maps 850.2783. Thanks
