I've actually have had an ongoing problem w. TomTom One. When I first got it, it was a dream. But I got into trouble when I plugged it in my computer, it froze on the charging screen. I spoke to TT who advised me it was defective and I sent it back and got a new one last week. This one seemed better bc my computer recognized it when I turned it on. But yet again, I am now stuck on the charging screen. I've acutally even held down the power button to turn it on and it says the start mode: sleep. Not sure how I did this one, and I want to contact TT about it, but I cant seem to find their number and may just give up and send an email to them. And yes, I have tried resetting a number of times but still in sleep mode. I even left it on all night to kill the battery and charged it for 4 hours like it says hoping that perhaps it would reset it, but no luck here. I may just send it back and ask for a different model bc there seems to be little information on the TomTom One. If anyone has had similar problems and have been able to get it to work again. Please advise any info would be helpful or if anyone has the TT customer service # bc I have been all over the TT site and only get email but no number. I can't remember what number I called the first time.
