Tomtom not connected to the computer

Hi
My computer runs Windows 10, and my GPS is not detected by Mydriveconnect.
But it worked on the same computer when it was on Windows 7 so I'm confused.
The GPS appears as unknown device in the device manager.
I tried these advices :

but nothing changed.
Can you help me please?

It should be showing up under 'Network Adapters', or in the worst case, under 'Universal Serial Bus controllers'.
Showing up in 'Unknown' is an indicator that the initial capabilities negotiation between your Start20 and Windows has failed.

I'm attaching a copy of USBDeview. It's 'portable', requiring no installer. Unzip it into a folder of your choosing, run it, and see what it says about your Start20. We are particularly interested in what it says about "Driver Description" and "Service Name".

I tried with an other USB cable and it finally worked... I could update the GPS.
The GPS appears as Tomtom #2 in the device manager.
And in USBDeview it says Tomtom in Driver description, and usbrndis6 in Service name
But you don't need these informations anymore I guess.

Excellent. What you are seeing in USBDeview and Device Manager are now exactly what you should be seeing.
