TomTom main page freezing up

I keep trying to get onto the TomTom main page to update my map and the page freezes every time I open it, whether from a bookmarked link or off the top of the forum page.

Is there a problem there? I can't believe they want $38 to answer a question about this issue.

Assuming you mean the main TomTom WEBSITE, www.tomtom.com it's working fine for me

I can't believe they want $38 to answer a question about this issue.

What?!?!?! Where have you seen someone asking $38 to answer a question???
