TomTom Home Operate My Go

I have a GO 520 and I am changing computers. Both run Windows 10 with all updates. The problem I have is using 'Home' to operate My Go520 using home. Both computers had to downaload a 'small' file when I tried to operate it it, this worked on one computer but not the other, its says the add on failed. Any ideas, its doing my head in, have tried most options I can think of!

I am using Home 2.5 with the version 'altered' in application ini, to stop updates of Home

SOLVED

Worked it out by copying TomTom folders from App Data/Roamimg & Local from working PC to other and also TomTom Home folder and all is working, can Operate My Go again, GREAT!!
