I cannot find maps to transfer from my computer to my Smartphone. It was working, but then I reset my device and reinstalled TomTom 6 on it.
Then:
TomTom home said my account was linked to another device.
I uninstalled TomTom Home and reinstalled it.
It did not ask for the serial number as I expected.
TomTom Home detected and installed updated versions of itself 3 times( from 1.0-1.5-.2.5 ).
It saw my device and asked if I would like to associate it with my existing account, warning my old device would no longer get updates. I said yes.
Now when TomTom Home starts it sees my device but doesn't take me to the screen to manage maps like it used to. It give me the screen pictured in the attached image file.
I tried all of the options on the menu, but none of them let me add/remove maps from my device as I was previously able to do.
I would like to be able to add/remove maps from my device.
PS This was also submitted to TomTom's tech support, but if anyone can provide helpful advice, I would appreciate it.
