TomTom Go Superior 6 world_Voice assistance does not work

Hi, purchased last week a Go superior 6 world but the voice assistance doesn't work. It only says 'after' or in dutch 'na' and then it stops. I've been checking the settings but I can't figure out what causes this issue. Should I try update the software if applicable?

Have you tried with another voice?

In settings then system Reset the device to factory values.

If still the same contact Tomtom so that they can organize a return for repair of your GPS.
 
Hi, I tried this morning an other voice. It seems that the 'computer voice' is only working so far. Maybe I try to reset the device. Thanks.
