TomTom GO PROFESSIONAL 620 WIFI stuck into recovery

On start device some 50% loads and then restarts into recovery mode, asking connection to computer. After connecting and launching MDC is seen recovery going to 100% then seen that also device updating. After restarting device is situation the same and recovery cycle starting again.
what can be problem?
PS got device in this situation, history unknown.

Yep I have read this, try’d also “hard” reset, after MDC does recovery is result still the same. I believe I need correct firmware ttpkg to install with java recovery tool.
