Hello Folks,
Have been tearing my hair out, and hope the gurus here can help me!
Now my sim card support has stopped, I am trying to connect to my phone with bluetooth (Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) and not succeeding :-(
I have followed the technique described in MyDrive and from the website - the phone sees my GO Premium but the pairing does not complete (the TomTom appears not to receive the pairing request) and the operation times-out. i have also tried scanning the QR code on the NAV screen with the MyDrive app on the phone - same result...
I have reset the TomTom several times with still no pairing possible - but my phone has paird with my Rider 550 as easily as you like! And, my wife's phone pairs with the GO premium just fine...
Any thoughts or help please?
