I installed TomTom Go on two phones on the same day and signed the 7-day free trial.
one iPhone account (A) canceled the renewal right away, and another iPhone account B renewed with family share.
From account A, I can see the TomTom family share is active, but when I open TomTom Go on iPhone A, it says something is wrong, and I can't even run the app! iPhone B has no issue.
I contacted the customer service staff, and Sandy from TomTom just directed me to the official TomTom support and Apple family share pages, and I have done all steps.
I come to this forum in hope of solving this issue, otherwise, I need to contact Apple to apply for a refund...( maybe have to switch to an individual account subscription)
