Tomtom Go Expert Plus 7
Hi all, hopefully im posting this in the correct place. I have recently purchased the Tomtom Go Expert 7 Premium pack off of an Ebay seller. The item was sold as new and the box on collection was correctly sealed with the clear stickers to prevent opening. On opening everything, inside appeared as it should be and I set about putting it together. When it came to connecting the USB C lead to the supplied click and go mount I found that the port on the rear of the mount was in fact a micro usb so I am unable to make the connection. I have contacted the Ebay seller but they have not been too helpful. In fact they suggested that I am trying to pull a fast one?? I have also took a ticket out with Tomtom to see if this could be a genuine mistake. I purchased the item for £312 which is a substantial saving as Halfords are looking for £399 for the same kit so do not really want to send it back. Could anyone who has experience with this kit please shed any light on this dilemma or am i missing something? Would appreciate any help that can be given!

You're not alone.
Here, however, it's the other way around.

Thank you for your reply! That’s interesting. So do you think Tomtom will replace the mount to one with a USB C port or will say as it was not purchased from an official retailer that I will have to return it?
To EBay seller that is.
