tomtom go 700 can only recognise first three digit of zip code ?

I have just found the tomtom go 700 can only recognise first three digit of zip code for search.
Is it somewhere to adjust the setting in it or it's a programming bug ?

What country are you posting from? In the US, I haven't heard that issue. In Canada, I have.

This is quite often reported in the UK when the zip folder is devoid of any files, if you are UK based have a look at the device using Windows Explorer and open the zip folder on the device, are there any files present (should be four on a European based 700) full postcode support is only supported in the UK and Holland, the other European countries don't get this capability - Mike
