I just updated to Windows 7 home premium 64 bit from Vista 64 bit.
Since the update the unit will not communicate with tomtom home 2.
'No device connected' is the message on the lower right corner.
With windows explorer I can access the internal disk and the sd disk.
But there is no communication with tomtom home 2.
I have downloaded all the lastest files.
I have tried using different usb ports.
I have tried using the reset button.
I have re-installed everything.
None of the above have worked.
The unit communicated with tomtom home on Vista before the operating system upgrade.
The unit communicates with tomtom home on my other XP laptop.
