Tomtom expert 7 sidebar won't refresh

Hi I have problem with a tomtom sidebar when picking destination every thing works fine but when I'm starting the journey nothing changes on the sidebar and direction icon is stock on the last direction. I have to press x and start new route search to sidebar to update than again is stuck.

Does the chevron move along the road to indicate motion, or is that stuck, too?

If you've already performed a reset with the power button, it may be worth doing a full reset on that one. It's a little inconvenient since you'll have to configure it back to your preferences. See if it helps.
