I purchased a new map from tomtom last week v8.45 GB but was unable to download I spent most of last week on phone to tomtom who guided me through the process without success the outcome was that they thought my aol download speed was not enough to download the map and refunded me the cost of the map consequently i am unable to get the map can anyone help

Were you using a computer attached to a wireless router or a directly attached computer?

Wireless connections, even on fast downloads of large files from TomTom, can prove problematic.

Can you try to install Home on a computer from a different ISP and try again??

(Also, do you have a firewall that may have been preventing a successful dl??)

Anyway.........some things to consider.

Find a friend who has a high speed connection and download there, easy.
