Could anyone help me figure out why I can't install the tomtom media center onto my computer?

After it downloads I open the file on my computer to run and my computer freezes up, everytime.

any help will be appreciated, thanks.

If you have firmware 8x, most if not all 3rd party application functionality got killed off.

Thanks, I do have firmware 8.3, so no 3rd apps will work? It seems when reading on the internet people are using their gps to view video.

Must be older models and video probably isnt that good.
