tomtom 720 fails to startup.

Hi,

My 6 month old TomTom720 willnot start up, freezing on the second screen which shows the default view of a cloudy sky and road junction.

Re-seting the device has no effect.

If I connect it to my Mac the TomTom software keeps telling me to disconnect and reconnect which I have done a few times without any success.

If anyone is able to help I would appreciate it, thanks.

Do you have a backup? If so, copy the loose files in the root of the backup folder back to the unit.
