Tomtom 6250 keeps restarting but will start up completely

My Go Professional 6250 keeps restarting. It will however never get to finish the start up procedure before it starts all over again. After approximately 10 attempts it will show the symbol that it wants to be connected to Tomtom My Drive App. When I do this the app gives a message that it is updating my device. After the update the My Drive App closes automatically and the GPS is starting up. But, with no success. The whole thing starts all over again, i.e after 10 attempts it wants to be connected to My Drive App.
What is the problem here? I have tried resetting the device with the on/off button but it does not help either.
I am a professional truck driver and I have always been a satisfied user, but this problem I did not expect from a very expensive GPS.

Please, give me some hints! Thank you!
 
Disable Mydrive synchronization on the device.
Parameter then Tomtom service deactivate Mydrive synchronization on the device reactivate you to transfer a route.
 
But since it does not start up properly I cannot get into the menu where I disable Mydrive synchronization.
 
And I must say, I think it is so weak of Tomtom support. I mean they do not even give you a telephone number on their home page to call for help. Customer service is not included when bying a Tomtom GPS.
 
Since covid 19 there is no more telephone support
You can contact customer service either by chat or by email, they are a bit long but they answer.
