j ai un tomtom 550 ryder et il ne s'allume plus sa pourrait être la batterie ? je le mais en mode secteur avec usb il ne s'allume plus non plus 0
si c'est vraiment
la batterie qui a déjà changé cette batterie et quel est la ref ou la trouver merci

Press the on/off button until you hear the sound of the tom-tom and the device restarts.

As per rules, I will reply in English. It sounds as though the Rider has developed a problem. I have had the same problem more than once. On two occasions with 2 different riders I have had to return them to TomTom with the same issues as you. As they were not under warranty I had to pay. Each product then broke a couple of times and had to be returned each time (after a lot of useless bot chat). I currently have one returned for the 3rd or fourth time at present.
