Hi,
I had been using my tomtom for a while, and one day it became stuck on the boot screen. i read on a forum that backing up the mapsettings.cfg, erasing the tomtom on file explorer, and then reinstalling through tomtom home would fix this, and it did to some extent, as it now powers on fully, however it now comes up with ‘no maps found’. i have no clue where this mapsettings.cfg file would even go. is there anything that can be done to fix this? The first 2 letters of the serial number are PS
