Tom Tome Application for One

Hello,

I wonder if someone can help me please? I have the tom tom one first edition. I have dowloaded tom tom home software. When I come to updating the device the tom tom application for one is greyed out so I cannot update. Please advise.

Greyed out where? In Home?
What version are you currently running? (How to find the version numbers of your maps and software)
What version are you being offered? (if it wasn't greyed out)

EDIT: I've just found a repeat of your question in another topic, so I've merged it into here (it's now showing as post #1), so that answers my first question, I assume it's greyed out in Home.

Please can you let us know the answers to the other two questions.
