Hi all, my new Tom Tom does not find 65% of my entries yet my very old Tom Tom on a smart phone does, tried using post code and address but same result. All of these destinations have been there for years, i dont think i can use the old map on my new Tom Tom? think i will have to go back to my old one.

What map version do you have? And is it UK&ROI (which is up to 850) or Western_Europe (still stuck at 845)?

Hi, thanks for the reply, only just got my Tom Tom xxl and it is the Europe one, i used the lmg to get the latest map but think there is a newer one out now but my version is: v845.2670. The strange thing with the new one is putting in a postcode for a route it thinks its about 8 miles away in another town, try putting the address in and it comes up with the road but it still in the wrong place, my old Tom Tom on my a smart phone finds it without problems and my old one is very old maybe 7 years or so and i have never updated the map on that one but it is without doubt far better than my new one.
