Buongiorno possiedo un tom tom xl dopo il reset collegando il tom tom al pc non viene rilevato su risorse del compiuter cosa posso fare?

If the online translator I used was accurate, then your unit is not recognized by the computer after a reset. Did you hold the power button about 15 seconds until you hear the drum sounds? (I don't know if that model has a dedicated reset hole on the bottom you can use).

As to no remembering your password.... Do you mean the one you set on the unit? If so, nothing much we can do to help. Sorry.
