Tom Tom start - crashing on address/postcode entry

Hello, i bought my start a couple of months back and everything has been ok. Last week i connected to my laptop for the first time.

Now when i punch in a fav destination it works great but when i type in an postcode or address it crashes.

Any thoughts anyone:thumb:

Try this ......

Connect to Home. Use the Emulator (Operate my Unit) and plan a trip. In the city screen, make sure UK is selected as the country. Finish the planning of the trip.

Disconnect properly from Home using the Device Disconnect icon.

See if that is any better.
