Tom Tom Spark 3 watch connecting earphones

Hello, I`m new on this forum. I need that someone helps me to connect my Tom Tom Spark 3 watch with the original earphones that came with the watch. Some days ago, I made a rest on the watch and after that I can`t pairing the earphones with the watch. Thank you for your help.
