Tom tom Go expert 7 Going on and off whenever using a planed route

Has anyone experienced any issues with tomTom go expert going on and off whenever using a planed route tomtom supot its not very helpful
below its a link with the exact simptoms
its only happening when using a planed route
i had the device over for a check they said its nothing wrong with it today ive had the device replaced with a new one and still doing same
 
Are you using the cigarette lighter charger that came with the GPS?
I haven’t used the original charger but I don’t see how that can affect it it’s only doing that when driving on a planed route
Works just fine if I’m just typing a destination on it
 
I don't know how you charge your GPS, but if your charger doesn't fast charge your battery automatically, your battery will eventually die.
 
It’s a brand new sat nav I’ve just had it replaced yesterday and today I’ve tried with the original charger still doing the same only when using a planed route
 
Watched your video carefully, and what's happening is that your device is crashing, and it appears it may have something to do with connection to TomTom's server. Watch the little car with the X through it under the arrival time. It disappears every time just before your device crashes.

Have you already connected your current Expert to your phone to receive traffic data from TomTom?

Yes it was connected to bluetooth and hotspot before I’ve started the video
I’m assuming it has something to do with the actual route planer on TomTom website because I’ve just had the device replaced with a new one and I have the same issue
 
Do you have this problem with all your planned routes?

Connected or not to the server, your GPS should continue the planned route.

Can you try this GPS in another vehicle, like your car for example.
 
Any planed route new or old an it’s acting same in the car I’ve tried planning on different browsers also on phone browser
I strongly think that it’s the actual TomTom planner that has an issue it’s kinda hard for 2 brand new devices to have same issue
If I’m planning a route directly on the navigation it’s just fine
 
Are you logged into your TT account (cloud active) during navigation?
If so, go to your TomTom account and click on "Pause synchronization" (cloud with cross).
Many devices have the problem when the TomTom account is activated during navigation.
