Tom Tom GO 910

Hey all. Having many problems with Tom Tom GO 910. I havent updated it since I bought it a few years ago. I have just tried to update but was getting an error with TomTom home. I looked on thier site and it said to downgrade software to 8.371. I cannot find this softweare anywhere at all. Anyone help??

Also when the TomTom is plugged into its charging cradle to connect to the computer the screen freezes and a picture of a TomTom moves up and down very quickly like it is locked in this state.

Try reset

Try pushing the reset button.(little hole in back where it attaches to stand)

If that does not work reload the application software from your computer backup.

For a Go-910 the latest Navcore version is 7,903 so make sure that you use that, running something like 8,371 which is for much more recent hardware can cause issues on devices it wasn't designed to run on - Mike
