Tom Tom Go 620 ~ Cant connect to WiFi

I can see the WiFi is SAVED, but not in connection

Tried connect, didn’t work,
Tried forget, didn’t work, still in the list, tap the list, didn’t work, didn’t ask for the password

Finally , i have to reset the unit, just like I setup the unit first time, it asked me to setup the wifi,

BUT, BUT,BUT !!!!!, I found my wifi name was still already in the list, and it was already SAVED in the list, how can this happen? As I have already reset everything on this unit !!!

I need a solution to connect to wifi as I need to update the maps
