Tom Tom Go 5200 - POLICE RADARS

My Tom Tom Go 5200 stopped working and it had speed radars service included for life.
What new equipment with new features has the same service?

GO 5200 always has lifetime radar updates, contact Tomtom customer service to reactivate your rights.

Thanks for the swift reply. It shows the big general map (still working while driving) but nothing more than that works. When I press menu or touch the screen, it doesn't move or goes no where.

Thanks for the reply. The radar update is waiting to be made. The problem is when I press menu or touch the screen, it doesn't move or goes no where. It shows the big general map (still working while driving) but nothing more than that works. Reason why I'm asking for another equipment with the same features.

Can you try Press the on/off button until you hear the drum sound and the device restarts.

The new ones no longer have a SIM card, the maps are still for life, however for the radars you must purchase a radar subscription.

Oh yes, already turned off several times... That was I needed to confirm about the new equipment, having to purchase the radar software. Which new equipment do you suggest?
