Tom Tom go 520

When using hands free calling on Tom Tom Go 520, connected to a new Sony Ericsson K850i, the reciever of the call can only hear a loud buzzing sound.
We have reset the tom tom to factory settings and also done the pin reset. The tom tom finds the phone staight away with no problems but the buzzing problem persists making it unusable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance !!

Just an update!

E-mailed Tom Tom on various occasions, reset to factory settings, clear flashed the memory, held reset button. Even reinstalled everything on sd card as it was bought and started from scratch,nothing helped.
Tried it on another 2 phones which were supported by Tom Tom -still buzzed.

Took it back to Currys and showed them the problem and they exchanged it,
although they said they hadn't had any other problems - can't really believe that!

Would be interesting to know if anyone else has had the same problem or was I just unlucky!

Hi, I had same problem with same unit, got it replaced at Tesco, now all is OK.
