dopo aggiornamneti gratis andati a male, ho formattato il tom tom ma ora non riesco pi? a riscaricare le mappe per farlo funzionare?

mi compare una croce bianca con attorno un pallino rosso


come posso fare per ripristinare il tutto?

Do you have a backup of your previous map?

Connect the device to your computer and use Windows Explorer to open the drive letter for the device.

Delete all the loose files you can see, do not touch any files in folders or the folders themselves.

Start TomTom Home 2 and clcik "Update My Device" this will install a fresh Navcore software for the device.

Use the disconnect My TomTom option, let the device start up normally - Mike
