I am having some techinial difficulties with my Tom Tom 930. The screen continues to flicker and change pages rapidly. It also connects to my cellular bluetooth and it automatically dials to places such as the police station and different store locations. Is there anything or anyone that can help me with these many difficulties located in toronto because i am a resident in brampton. Or is there any possiblity that i can fix these problems myself? Thanks.

I bet you have something pressing on the touch screen, like dirt under the edge, or the edge metal perhaps bent to constantly press on the screen.

Otherwise, the touch screen itself could be bad.
