During a trip, I made a pit stop. I powered down the 720. When I powered up again the 720 would not find a satellite. I can operate the unit from my computer, but unit will not sense satellite signals. Any suggestions out there?

Sometimes it takes a few minutes to get a signal, especially if you are located near tall buildings, etc. Also, it's easier to 'catch' a signal if your unit is stationary.

I would be driving yet when your unit is barely turned on. Turn it on and wait for signal to arrive then you should go on the move.

After powering up, did you leave it on for an extended period of time?

On your computer did you get QuickGPSfix with 'Update my GO'.
Have you taken it outside the house to see if it lock on to satellites now?
