Tom Tom 550 Rider

Just updated my email address on my 550 Rider which was incorrect but was correct on my PC site but now when I turn on it goes through startup and switches off , Help please

Check that your battery is fully charged.

Try it. Press the power button until you hear the drum beat and the device restarts.

Hi thanks for that but when I press the power button it starts but as it loade there is no drum beat just a couple of beeps and then it shuts down

Ok thanks I will try, when I plug in do I have to try and switch on or just leave for 2 hours

To recharge, you leave your GPS off.

Charged for two hours but still no go, starts up but no tomtom sound just a couple of bleeps and then shuts down. Any idea of a phone number to contact.
