i have heard if i buy the TMC cable i can recive the Traffic for free wihtout payement
is that true ?

i am livingin The Nederland

i have seen here username and pass to recive free traffic data
is there is something in gonna work in Nederland ?

in the netherland , yes it is free in most countries in Europe, except UK and France (one time paymente only). Italy and Germany also started pay services but still have the free ones running. US , Canada of course is not free. 60 USD per year. Australia , also not free.
