I am on my fifth 740 this year and between defective units, map and software upgrades I have lost count of how many hours I've spent with TT support. Without the help from the forum my 740 would be relegated to being an expensive paperweight. I have found that TT support has two responses...send the unit back for replacement and call back in a week to see if the problem has been fixed. That's when I turn to the forum to find a way to fix the "problem". Thanks again for helping me to maintain what little sanity I have left.
