Synchronization

Hi everybody! Today I planned a couple of routes using the MyDrive Tomtom app on my phone. Unfortunately, the phone does not appear in the Tomtom application, nor the saved route in the GO 5200 navigation. I tried it on the laptop and it appeared there, so the two MyDrive applications are synchronized. What could be the error, reboot, logging out and logging in for both navigations?

It may be your login credentials that are not correct, reset your GO 5200 to factory defaults then re-enter your credentials.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work, I did a reset, the older saved routes are displayed, but the new ones are not. If I transfer a destination, it says to log in with the Tomtom device. But I'm in. But it doesn't appear in the NDS Tomtom program on the phone either. Email and password are good and still not working.

Success! I exited the MyDrive Tomtom android application on the phone and after logging in again, everything works!
