Supporting program/app when installing mydrive

Hi everybody, looking for a little bit of help with installing mydrive connect. I was told to unistall by support and reinstall but when reinstalling I have an error message saying no app/program to support. I was wondering if anybody else has came across this problem or has a solution for this. Thanks in advance
